Brooke Shields apologizes to neighbors

Brooke Shields has apologised to her neighbours in New York City following a barrage of noise complaints over building work on her Manhattan townhouse.
The actress owns a multi-million dollar property in the Big Apple’s West Village and has hired contractors to carry out a series of renovations. But the building work has infuriated other residents – who have complained about the ongoing noise. But a spokesperson for Shields has confirmed the actress and her husband Chris Henchy have a legal permit for the building work, and are sorry for all the disruption. (WENN)
