Denise Richards dropped Mansion price

Actress Denise Richards has become the latest victim of the global economic crisis – she’s been forced to slash $400,000 (£266,000) off the asking price of her California mansion. The former Bond girl’s Hidden Hills home has been on the market for almost a year after it was first advertised at $4,250,000 (£2,833,000).
Richards dropped the asking price to $3,999,999 (£2,666,000) and has now cut it by a further $200,000 (£133,000) to $3.8 million (£2.53 million) in a bid to attract potential buyers, according to RadarOnline.com (WENN)
