Hayden Panettiere spotted with Lohan’s ex

The young actress - who turned 20 on Friday 21 August 09 - split from her “Heroes” co-star Milo Ventimiglia in February and was subsequently linked to British TV presenter Steve Jones.

But Panettiere has fuelled speculation of a new relationship after she was spotted on Thursday 20 August 09 walking hand-in-hand with Morton, 28, who famously dated Lohan in 2006. The pair was snapped walking along a beach in Malibu, California, together and playing with Morton’s two dogs. (WENN)
