Jennifer Aniston released Yoga DVD

Jennifer Aniston is set to share the secret of her stunning figure - the Hollywood actress has teamed up with her Yoga instructor to launch a DVD workout.
The slender star is so impressed with Mandy Ingber’s exercise sessions, she has endorsed her upcoming home workout disc.
Aniston has filmed a personal introduction for Ingber’s Yogalosophy DVD and is set to host a launch party for her pal at the Sunset Towers hotel in Los Angeles.
Aniston says in the video message, “Mandy brought yoga into my life. This workout will change your body and your mind. ” A source tells New York Post gossip column PageSix, “Jen works out with Mandy up to five times a week, and they have become such great friends she even takes Mandy on vacation with her.” (WENN)
