Lindsay Lohan’s Dad facing charges

Lindsay Lohan’s dad MICHAEL is facing charges over allegations he made a threatening phone call to his on/off fiancee ERIN MULLER. Lohan was reportedly arrested last April 2009 amid claims he threatened to kill model Muller when she tried to end their relationship in March 2009.
According to New York Post gossip column PageSix, he appeared at a court in Central Islip, Long Island on Tuesday 26 May 09 – but fled when he was recognised by members of the media. No further details on the case were available as WENN went to press.
Lohan is also due at another court hearing in Westbury, New York on Wednesday 27 May 09 – over claims he has fallen behind with child support payments. (WENN)
