Reese Witherspoon’s kids no longer think mum’s a “gigantic dork” – thanks to the actress’ starring role in new animated movie MONSTERS VS. ALIENS. The star has enjoyed critical acclaim from her peers, several accolades and she won an Oscar in 2006 for her portrayal of Johnny Cash’s wife, June Carter Cash, in “Walk The Line,” but nothing she has achieved has impressed her kids, Ava and Deacon. Then she voiced a giant woman in the new family film – and she’s suddenly cool at home.
She says, “They are rabid, and they wake up in the morning, like, ‘When can we see this movie? My daughter goes, ‘Just how many people can I bring to the screening? It’s great.” (WENN)
