Vanessa Hudgens suing nude publicity

HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL star Vanessa Hudgens is suing the owners of a website over the publication of photos which appear to show the actress naked.
The 21-year-old was embroiled in scandal last year (09) when saucy snaps, which appeared to show her undressed, surfaced online.
Hudgens’ lawyers battled to have the photos removed from the web and now she’s taking legal action against one particular website which allegedly refused to take the pictures down.
The papers state, “The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent. ” The celebrity website is reporting that Hudgens’ team has registered the nude photos with the U. S. Copyright Office.
She was previously left red-faced in 2007 when pictures taken of her posing provocatively both nude and in lingerie appeared online – forcing the Disney star to issue a public apology. (WENN)
